Arivion Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
“Arivion” means the mobile application and related web pages. “User Content” means portraits, stills, clips, captions, comments, reports, profile details, and other materials submitted by users. “Credits” means in-app purchase items used for supported premium features.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Arivion, you agree to these Terms and any additional rules presented inside the service. You should be 18 or older, or use the service with any permission required by applicable law.
3. Use of the Service
You may use Arivion for personal beauty inspiration, creator expression, profile discovery, and AI-guided styling preview purposes permitted by the app. You must not misuse the service, interfere with app operations, or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of profile information you provide and for activity associated with your account. Arivion may suspend, limit, or terminate access when fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms are detected.
5. User Content and Community Rules
You are responsible for the posts, portraits, clips, comments, and other user content you submit. Only share content you have the right to use, and do not harass, abuse, impersonate, post illegal material, or engage in harmful conduct. Arivion may review, moderate, restrict, hide, block, remove, or suspend access to content or accounts that violate these rules.
6. Reporting, Blocking, and Safety
If you encounter content or behavior that should be reviewed, use the in-app report tools or contact support@arivion.com. Arivion aims to review reports promptly and may investigate reports, apply restrictions, remove posts, or keep users blocked when needed to protect the community.
7. Purchases and Credits
Arivion includes in-app credit recharge. Credits may be required for certain premium rendering moments, are subject to platform billing rules, and may be adjusted or revoked if purchase verification, refund handling, or abuse reviews require it.
8. AI Preview Use Limits
Arivion includes AI-guided beauty preview features. Outputs may vary, are not guaranteed accurate, and may not always match expectations. You remain responsible for the portraits, prompts, and other material you submit and for how you use any generated result. The AI preview is offered for consumer beauty styling and visual inspiration only and must not be used for identity verification, face recognition, biometric profiling, legal decisions, medical decisions, or safety-critical purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
Arivion and its non-user-created branding, design, software, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights you hold in your own content while granting the service the rights reasonably needed to host, display, process, and deliver that content in the app.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Arivion is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service disclaims warranties not expressly given and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
11. Changes and Governing Law
Arivion may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. Continued use after updates means the revised Terms apply going forward. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction of the service operator, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
