Arivion Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Arivion is a beauty creator community with AI-guided makeup rendering, profile surfaces, publishing flows, creator discovery, and credit-backed premium sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information Arivion collects, how we collect it, why we use it, when it may be shared, and what choices users have.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account and profile details you provide, creator content you upload or publish such as portraits, stills, clips, captions, comments, report submissions, blocked-user actions, and beauty look history, plus purchase records, credit balances, and network or usage information needed to operate the service.
Because the current build requests camera, microphone, photo library, add-to-library, and tracking permissions, we may also collect media you choose from Photos, media you capture in the app, and identifier or activity data used to personalize recommendations and support service integrity.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide creator feeds, profile features, publishing flows, safety tools, in-app credit management, beauty look history, and AI-guided rendering. User content is used to display posts, process comments, support follows, moderate reports, return requested AI results, and save finished images to Photos when you choose that action.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
Arivion may share relevant information with hosting, payment, fraud prevention, customer support, and AI processing service providers when needed to deliver the app experience. When user data is shared with third-party recipients, those recipients are required to provide equivalent protection or the same level of protection through contractual, technical, or service-level commitments.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain creator posts and account settings, support purchases, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve support requests. Some AI processing data may be retained for the active request window and for up to 24 hours when reasonably needed to complete processing, troubleshoot failures, or prevent misuse. Saved images remain in your Photos library until you delete them.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You can manage profile details, remove certain posts, adjust blocked-user settings, and control app permissions through the app and your iOS settings. You can also contact support@arivion.com to request privacy assistance, deletion help, account support, or more information about how your data is handled.
7. Children's Privacy
Arivion is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. Continued use of the app after an update means the revised policy applies going forward to the extent permitted by law.

Image and Media Access
Arivion requests camera access so you can capture portraits and creator clips, photo library access so you can import beauty references or publish media, and add-to-library access so finished looks and posts can be saved to Photos. These permissions are separate from the decision to submit content for AI processing.
Audio Processing
When you capture a clip in Arivion, microphone access may be used to record audio for that clip. Audio is only collected when you choose to record or submit a clip.
Analytics and Advertising
The inspected permission copy indicates that Arivion may use identifier information to tune recommendations and beauty look suggestions. We use this type of data for personalization, service quality, fraud prevention, and campaign measurement where permitted.
Purchases and Billing
Arivion offers in-app credit recharge. Purchase events, product identifiers, and billing confirmations may be processed to deliver credits, restore entitlements, support customer service, and prevent fraud or abuse.
User Content and Community Features
Arivion includes creator feeds, profiles, comments, follow actions, post publication, report tools, and blocked-user controls. Content you upload or post may be collected, processed, stored, displayed to other users, shared within the service, moderated, restricted, or removed in line with community and safety workflows.
AI Preview and Image Processing
Arivion includes AI-guided beauty rendering features. When you choose a portrait and tap the render action, the app may send the selected image, related facial appearance visible in that image, text prompts, optional guidance text, shade direction, and other submitted beauty inputs to external AI processing recipients such as Alibaba Cloud DashScope and the host domains dashscope.aliyuncs.com and paradisiacal.arivion.top.
We only send this content with your permission and only after you choose the feature, submit the request, and grant any camera or photo access needed for the selected image. We collect and use this information to generate the requested beauty preview, return the result in the app, support troubleshooting, and let you save the finished image to Photos when you choose to do so.
AI processing may occur on third-party cloud systems and within temporary app cache records used to deliver the requested result. Third-party AI recipients are required to provide equivalent protection for the information they receive, and Arivion does not use submitted portraits or generated beauty outputs for identity verification, face recognition, or biometric profiling.
